1. All items sold are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
2. Prices are fix & non-negotiable.
3. Delivery is only restricted in Singapore at the moment.
4. Order will be delivered via normal/register mail, however we would appreciate if you could opt for registered mail to prevent lost of item. Kindly log on to www.singaporepost.com.sg for more information on mail charges.
5. Kindly note that buyer need to add on registered mail charges in additional to the selling price if they opt for registered mail.
6. Do accept slight variation of the color (if any) between the actual stock received & the picture shown on this website as difference monitor have difference resolution. But rest assure that it will be the color that you've order (ie. order white will get white, blue will get blue).

4. Item code
5. Mode of delivery (normal, registered, speedpost)
6. Payment only via POSB or UOB transfer - kindly use the same bank for transfer as interbank transfer will take up to 3 working days for the amount to reach us and it will also delay your time to receive the goods.
7. We will let you know the amount to be transfer and an order confirmation number will be allocated to you once the order has been confirmed. Kindly code this confirmation number in the bank transfer so that it will not delay the time for your delivery.
8. We understand that it may take time for you to make payment but in order to be fair to other customer, your order will be considered as cancel if we do not receive your payment after 2 days upon our confirmation of your order. Kindly drop us an email with details like which bank you've transfer, date of transfer & transaction number once you've make payment so that we can counter check on our end and arrange for delivery. An email will be sent to you after receipt of payment & we will let you know the tracking/receipt number from Singapore Post after we've arrange the stock for delivery . Do give an allowance of 2 to 3 working days to received the goods after payment has been received.
